This Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Glacier Peak Biosciences website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for verifying that all billing, shipping, and contact information is accurate before submitting your order.
Any shipping timeframe shown on the website, at checkout, or in order related communications is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we aim to ship within the period required by applicable law.
If we are unable to ship within the represented or legally required timeframe, we may contact you regarding the delay and, where required, provide the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside our control are not guaranteed against.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information may be provided by email, if available.
Subject to applicable law, responsibility for a package transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have entered processing, packing, label creation, or shipment.
Once an order has been processed, packed, labeled for shipment, or transferred to a carrier, it cannot be canceled.
If an approved cancellation is made before shipment, any refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
3. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of the products sold by Glacier Peak Biosciences, all sales are final except as expressly stated in this policy or as otherwise required by law.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong product, quantity, or size
Misunderstanding of the product’s intended use
Refused delivery
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Packages reported lost or stolen after delivery
Opened, used, or improperly stored products
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or if an item is missing from your order due to our fulfillment error, you must contact us within **3 business days** of the carrier’s recorded delivery date.
To submit a claim, email support@glacierpeakbio.com and include:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos of the outer packaging
Clear photos of the contents received
Clear photos of the packing slip, if included
Any other supporting documentation we reasonably request
Failure to provide timely notice and sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
If we verify that the issue was caused by our fulfillment error or shipping damage prior to delivery, we may, at our sole discretion and subject to applicable law, provide a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method.
5. Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Glacier Peak Biosciences is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery occurring after delivery, except as required by law.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, you should first contact the carrier and check with your local delivery office, mailbox location, parcel locker, front desk, mail room, or neighboring delivery locations.
Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted for packages confirmed as delivered may be disputed using carrier confirmation, order records, and your agreement to these policies.
6. Lost in Transit
If a package is confirmed by the carrier as lost in transit before delivery, contact us at **support@glacierpeakbio.com**.
Any replacement or refund for a package confirmed lost in transit will be handled at our sole discretion, subject to carrier verification, claim review, applicable law, and any payment processor requirements.
7. No Unauthorized Returns
Do not return any item without prior written authorization from Glacier Peak Biosciences.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, processed, or returned.
If a return is approved in connection with a verified issue, we will provide written instructions regarding where and how the item should be sent.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment processor, bank, or card issuer. Glacier Peak Biosciences is not responsible for delays caused by third party financial institutions.
9. Research Use Notice
All products sold by Glacier Peak Biosciences are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research, analytical, and development purposes only. Products are not for human or veterinary use or consumption.
Use of products in a manner inconsistent with their intended research purpose may void eligibility for replacement, support, refund, or other resolution to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Right to Deny Claims
Glacier Peak Biosciences reserves the right to deny any return, replacement, refund, cancellation, or other claim request that does not comply with this policy, lacks sufficient documentation, is submitted outside the required reporting window, or appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended research only nature of the products sold, except as otherwise required by law.
